More March Madness Fun

Updated: Mar 22, 2023

What a first weekend. I haven't crunched the numbers but that felt like the most upset filled first weekend I can remember. Now that we've made it to the Sweet Sixteen, let's see if the chaos continues. Here are some ways to enchance to the madness for this upcoming slate of Sweet Sixteen and Elite Eight games.

1. Play our Props

2. Make a Bracket and Join a Pool

Is your bracket a complete bust?

Try to redeem yourself by starting from scratch with the Sweet Sixteen. Maybe this time take our advice on how to choose winners for your bracket.

Here are a few websites offering redemption bracket challenges: ESPN, pooltracker.com, thesecondseason.com. Create a private group with friends or join a public competition.

3. Play the Squares Game

No one says you can't start (re)start this with the Sweet Sixteen!

You've seen this one before likely for the Super Bowl. A 10x10 square where all players randomly choose an equal amount of the 100 squares. If there's an odd number of players, you can double up on a few squares.

Once all the squares are evenly distributed, randomly assign a number from 0 to 9 to each column in the grey row for the winning team score (using every number once), then do the same for each row in the grey column for the losing team. The correct combination of the last digit of the score for each team at the end of each game wins. See below for a sample you can use.

Let the Maddness continue!
